Registration is a TWO STEP PROCESS:

  1. Complete the Google registration form linked below. (Make sure you click “submit” at the bottom of the Google registration form. Some devices also will require CAPTCHA so please scroll up to see if that’s necessary.)
  2. Click on the “Pay Here” link (either above or below the Google Form) to be directed to the payment system website to pay the registration fee.
